Current Statutes and Regulations: Foundations of Environmental Policy

This is the FIRST session of a four-part series (organized by AROW's Emerging Leaders) to better understand our regulatory world. This session will provide an overview of legislation that sets the framework for how our resources are managed. Legislation such as CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, SWDA, TSCA, and NEPA will be introduced and discussed.
